Refund Eligibility
Before Production BeginsFull Refund: If a client cancels before any work (e.g., strategy sessions, scriptwriting, or filming) has commenced, a full refund will be provided.After Initial Work Has BegunPartial Refund: If a client cancels after the initial strategy session, content development, or pre-production work (e.g., scriptwriting or storyboarding), a refund will be provided minus the cost of completed deliverables. The breakdown of non-refundable amounts will be included in the contract.After Production or Delivery of VideosNo Refund: Once video production has started or deliverables have been provided, no refunds will be issued. This includes filming, editing, or delivery of completed videos, as these are customized services with high upfront costs.
Revision-Related Refunds
The package includes two rounds of revisions per video. If the client remains dissatisfied after the agreed-upon revisions, we will evaluate concerns on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will not be issued if the dissatisfaction stems from factors outside the agreed-upon scope of work.
Force Majeure or Delays
If delays or cancellations occur due to circumstances beyond either party's control (e.g., natural disasters, illness, or technical failures), both parties will work together to reschedule deliverables. Refunds in such cases will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
Requesting a Refund
To initiate a refund, clients must submit a written request detailing the reasons for cancellation or dissatisfaction.Refund requests will be reviewed within 10 business days, and decisions will be communicated promptly.
